Without it no client-counselor relationship, which has to be based on trust, could possibly develop, thus depriving SCORE of its reason for existence. In our region, which includes North Carolina, we do not know of a single case of breach of that trust and we are sure the same applies on the nation-wide level. SCORE offers free counseling and workshops to aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. The SCORE office is in the O’Marks Building on Middle Street in New Bern, where a counselor is on duty between 9am and 12 noon on Mondays and Fridays and from 1 to 4pm on Wednesdays.
